Docuflow is an independent UK provider of print, mail and document workflows services and solutions. Cognition24 implemented and supported Salesforce Sales Cloud, reviewing the current environment, making recommendations and implementing changes accordingly. In addition, we managed the integration with iContact and D&B Hoovers. Cognition24 continues to provide a managed service to Docuflow.


e-Resolve is a professional services company with expertise in delivering enterprise solutions with Oracle, SAP and Workday. Cognition24 assisted with the implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud. The requirement was for a CRM solution that took their current sales and marketing platforms and integrated them into a single solution. We delivered important business reporting, insights and activity tracking. In addition, we implemented custom functionality to track projects, project revenue and resource management.


Onfido is a UK and US based software company that helps businesses verify people's identities using a photo-based identity document, a selfie and artificial intelligence algorithms. Cognition24 was tasked to re-build their existing Salesforce system and provide a managed service to support the business going forward.
