Diageo plc is a multinational alcoholic beverages company, with its headquarters in London and offices on six continents. Working with our strategic partner Salmon, Cognition24 helped to architect a new e-commerce (trade shopper) B2B platform. Cognition24 devised a solution focusing on best use of Internet of Things (IoT), asset and workflow tracking. We also advised on optimising the use of Salesforce Community Cloud.


Salmon delivers powerful eCommerce experiences for leading brands helping them transact more digitally. Cognition24 assisted Salmon with the strategic and tactical use of Salesforce Sales Cloud. Salmon had a mature Salesforce environment where we worked alongside strong internal skills. Cognition24 worked with their team to manage their Salesforce environment including: data cleansing, document management, customer acquisition and custom development of lead scoring functionality. This was rolled out to an extended user base. Cognition24 continues to provide a managed service to Salmon supporting their internal Salesforce team.
