Working with our strategic partner Salmon, Cognition24 helped to architect a new e-commerce (trade shopper) B2B platform. Cognition24 devised a solution focusing on best use of Internet of Things (IoT), asset and workflow tracking. We also advised on optimising the use of Salesforce Community Cloud.

Salmon had a mature Salesforce environment where we worked alongside strong internal skills. Cognition24 worked with their team to manage their Salesforce environment including: data cleansing, document management, customer acquisition and custom development of lead scoring functionality. This was rolled out to an extended user base. Cognition24 continues to provide a managed service to Salmon supporting their internal Salesforce team.
