How:

Cognition24 assisted Sterling VDR with a custom integration from a proprietary platform to Salesforce Sales Cloud. We continue to support Sterling with marketing automation and system enhancements.

DataPlan

Who:

Dedicated to payroll solutions, Dataplan is a payroll outsourcing company providing fully managed payroll services that unlike many of the big payroll solution players, who offer a bit of everything, specialise in payroll. DataPlan made a start on implementing Salesforce and realised that it was more functionally rich than they expected so needed help with reviewing and helping them to work through the implementation including integration of Proposify – a proposal generation tool.

How:

Following some initial workshops, we proposed and implemented a Salesforce solution on FastStart, our rapid Salesforce implementation methodology. Presented them with a solution that made the best out of the out of the box Salesforce features, limited customisation, connected to multiple lead generation website and migrated legacy data. In a relatively short space of time, we provided them with a fully functional sales operation system with leads automatically being assigned to the sales team for qualification and proposal, ability to review KPI, reports and dashboards in a comprehensive and simple way.

Crowdstacker

Who:

Crowdstacker is an FCA-regulated P2P lending platform, making peer to peer lending accessible and rewarding for investors and borrowers.

How:

Cognition24 was asked to conduct a review of Crowdstacker’s Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud with particular focus on Pardot to Marketing Cloud migration.

Who:

Healix provides healthcare and risk management solutions to clients around the world, with offices in the UK, USA, New Zealand, Kenya, Singapore, Spain and Greece.

How:

Healix had purchased SalesForce Sales Cloud and needed our help with a rapid re-build for sales and marketing. We worked alongside senior management teams to configure an efficient management solution for sales, sales management, financial forecasting and marketing.
